Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Due to the weight and fragile nature of tiles, we use specialized pallet shipping to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?

Yes, we offer sample services for most of our tile ranges. You can order individual sample pieces through the product page to see the texture and color in your own home lighting.

What is your return policy for surplus tiles?

We accept returns on full, unopened boxes of tiles within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-ordered items or individual loose tiles are generally non-returnable.

Are your bathroom fixtures covered by a warranty?

All ATS Tiles & Bathrooms fixtures come with a manufacturer's warranty, ranging from 1 to 10 years depending on the specific product and brand.

Can I track my delivery once it has been dispatched?

Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link and the contact details of the pallet courier.
