At ATS Tiles & Bathrooms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your renovation project, which is why we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for all unused tiles and fixtures in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your tiles or bathroom fixtures in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix your return label and ship the items back to our central distribution center; please note that for heavy tile pallets, we recommend using a tracked freight service.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the items are in resaleable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
